Coppell Fitness Boot Camp Gives Free âTurkey-Busting Workoutsâ
November 25-28 To Help Feed The Hungry
 COPPELL, TEXAS â November 12 â Just bring a can of food or an old coat and you can workout at Coppellâs leading fitness boot camp from November 25-28 for free. Linder, owner of Get You In Shape Coppell Boot Camp, calls them âTurkey-Busting Workoutsâ because they burn off those monstrous calories we all consume on Thanksgiving.
 âWeâre planning on making this an annual tradition here,â says Linder, âbecause Thanksgiving is such a wonderful family and friends holiday, and a time to show our appreciation for all we have, especially our health.â
 The Coppell Boot Camp is open to all Coppell Area residents and their family and friends on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The cost of admission is just one can of food (preferably vegetables) or an old coat; otherwise itâs completely free to everyone who wants a great workout with fun people.
 âAll that we ask is that folks register in advance at www.CoppellThanksgivingWorkout.com so we can be sure we have enough equipment on hand to accommodate everyone,â says Linder. âBoot camp is perfect for all folks regardless of age or fitness level â we make everyone feel welcome and customize the workouts so everybody gets what they need.â
 The Get You In Shape Coppell Boot camp Turkey-Busting Workouts will be held at Andy Brown Park East in Coppell.
 âWe anticipate a great turnout because folks enjoy working out with family, friends and friendly people. And because weâre supporting a great cause, CCA which distributes more than $1.4 of food each year to people in need. Itâs a great way for us to give thanks for our health, our families, friends and good fortune, and help others who are less fortunate at the same time,â explains Linder.
